First wash / wax

Got my new car any particular recommendations for first wash / wax ?

Should i wax it strainght away ? with what ?

did you get "seal & protect" ? if so, your car already has a hard wax applied..

If not whats best, had its first wash and it already got some micro scratches..!!!
