Question on Oil filter housing changeout to add oil cooler

For those of you that added an oil cooler to a non-oil cooler car, when changing out the oil filter housing to the one with the inlet and outlet, did you have to remove the intake manifold from the engine?

It looks to me like there are 3 bolts on the oil filter housing and one is so close to the underneath of the intake, that the intake would have to come off to get at it?

You have to remove the intake mani nuts and lift it maybe an inch. You dont have to take it 100% off.
