Wheel/Tire Noob. Spacer Question: E90 162's
Hi guys. I don't think I have ever visited this section on the forums nor have looked into messing with my ride height or wheels. I would like to get started and learn a little more!
Anyways, my car is a pre-LCI sport package on the stock BMW 162 rims. I also have the stock RFT if that matters. As of right now, I think I am happy with the overall ride quality of the sport suspension as well as the height, but really would like a more agressive stance. Now, can anybody reccomend to me a GOOD quality spacer kit (I don't care how much, I just need the best) for my application? I am looking to get the rear wheels done only if that is safe, to close the gap between my wheel and the fender. How big of a spacer do I need to do this, and what is the SAFE route to take while doing this? I am alsways told spacers are risky business. Thanks alot guys |

well, since the widths of the front are 8 and the rears are 8.5, i think a 12mm would be good for the front, and then a 12mm or 15mm for the rear

Just want to add that a 12mm spacer up front is about the same as 8.5 et28 and a 20mm in the rear is about the same as 9.5 et30 you cant go much more than that without rolling your fenders.
