Failed inspection twice because of tints.

Ha, I was just trying to say that if you still want these places to be "cool" with certain things then try not to publicize them so that they could potentially get reported. That's all.

MA isn't the most lenient state at all when it comes to state inspections, but at least we're not a state that outlaws tinting front side windows! I'd be a little more comfortable driving around with windows darker than they should be rather than entire windows tinted when they shouldn't be.

I haven't had that happen to me but I have heard of several people failing because of it and in 1 town which will remain nameless a friend actually got pulled over by a cop but luckily only a warning.

Hey guys, I have some great news. I just got my inspection done in Weymouth and my car passed with out a hitch. Mind you that my car has 20% tint.
The owner is chill as well. I talked to him after he did my inspection, He said that he didn't see an issue with my tint as the state inspection does not have them measure the % of tint. Then is goes, as far as I'm concerned, this could be 1% tint how would i know. I'm not an expert. LOL
