My 325i M Sport
My 325i M Sport. Had her since May and loving it. Previously had an E36 328i and then an E46 328Ci, so continuing my BMW journey. I am contemplating black kidney grills; reckon they'll suit it? It does have black window trim so it should. Where best (UK based) to order them from? Thanks all. |

congrats on your new car! IMO she already looks great in stock form but if your looking for black grills...you can purchase them from many of the vendors or you can just wait 'til one pops up for sale on the forum.

Thanks.
Would a K&N replacement filter yield any real world benefit? Or would it just be a sound/placebo deal? Any issues with running a higher rate filter like that in terms of the MAF? Thanks. |

Congratulations on the purchase. It's a sexy ride (obviously) but you got some sexy rims with it as well. I'd prefer the black kidney's as well you can find them all over ebay or do as another poster suggested and just dip yours.

Thanks! I like the M Sport wheels a lot too. Yeah I think plasti-dip is the way forward, as I can always revert it.
Tempted to buy a K&N air filter, but not sure if its worth it. |

Def get black kidney grills. The contrast against the grey looks so good and I paid about £30 for mine on ebay from asia somewhere. The grills took about a week to come and the quality is brilliant. Last edited by essex_lad; 09-28-2014 at 04:48 PM.. |

Ah I guess the fact the filter is enclosed means a reduced intake noise.
I'm still not sue about modifying the appearance, I think it looks awesome stock! Can't wait to fit the BMW PE though! I know its only a back box, but sounds amazing on other N53 325s on YouTube! |

I'll be fair even with the box open it doesn't sound too different to standard and yer you don't want to touch the outside really. It looks neat at the mo.
