ya i have under insured and uninsured motorist coverage but it won’t cover my rental car since there is a separate policy for that. i have never been in an accident before where i have been at fault where the other person insurance couldn’t cover it.

but i guess this round with her running into 2 cars and my damages being so expensive i found that one scenario where my strategy didn’t work. so im just hoping that the other persons damage wasn’t more than apx $1600 and then there will be enough money in her fund to pay for everything . but that is doubtful. so now i have to wait. pay for the car myself since my insurance wont. and then take the bitch to small claims court for the rest of the payments.

still no word for the body shop since last week just waiting.....

so no rental coverage on your policy...same thing happened to me, i had to file the claim directly with the other persons insurance. Show the receipt and they will send u the funds, the downside is that you have to front the money...

LOL.

Sucks for you though OP. You gotta ride around in a kia rio for a month. I was kind of impressed by it (for what it is) when I rented one a couple months ago, but it's like an oversized golf cart. Upside, you'll save on gas for the month. Hope her insurance can cover everything.

^ ya i know that kia is a great car for the price $12k but ya i sware you are spot on its really is a overside golf cart. every time i pass someone on the freeway the are between the cars makes the car move from side to side in the lane.

i dont remember even having my BMW anymore. its been almost a month with out it and that acceleration in the Kia with 110HP sucks
