No Front Plate

Oh, and on the front plate, that's ridiculous that they actually gave you a ticket for it, $75 for real?

I have gotten about 5 no front plate parking tickets while parked downtown. My first one I convinced the justice that I had my plate and someone ran into it an knocked it off, and they waived my fine. After that I put the plate in my window and they still gave me tickets (those I paid, since I knew better).

Now I have a roll of blue painters tape in the glove compartment and just tape the thing to the bumper whenever I park downtown. But recently I bought some neodymium magnets that I am gonna stick to the back of the bumper cover and the plate so i can just stick it on easy whenever I want, and no one will be the wiser...plus it will work better when the car is dirty.

I know I am just being stubborn, but am willing to pay the penalty, because I really don't like the way it looks with the plate.

Its only a hassle once in a great while! I even have 5% tint and never really get "hasseled" that much.

Look at how many really nice cars like P'cars and Range Rovers or Escalades that you see out there with no front plates and really dark tint. If it was that big of an issue then so many people wouldnt do it. Just my thoughts I guess. I have always had 5% tint on all my cars and never put the front plate on since I was 16 and have only ever had a cop make it an issue once in 10 years.
