I agree, I mean you could just take the DP-back exhaust OFF the car and run it with nothing but DP's and you still wouldn't be throwing codes. If you are running the stock DP's you would be fine without O2 sims. It has to be a coincidence that you are throwing a code right after install. I agree with most, borrow a BT scanner and check for the HPFP codes.

I unfortunetly dont have a BT scanner

Okay, I got the car scanned myself, came up with these codes: 2AAF, 30FF, and 3100. Did a little research and came up with the explanations:

2AAF Fuel Pump Plausibility
Error will not cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
Short circuit or signal interruption
EXPLANATION: Fuel pump check.
FIX: Very common code stock and modified alike, does not trigger a CEL. Just ignore it.
----------------------
30FF, Exhaust fume turbocharger low side
Error will not cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
EXPLANATION: Boost under target
FIX: Often caused by boost leaks, leaky DVs, broken vacuum lines, etc. Also possibly tuning related. If using a TMAP tune (SSTT/JB+) it may be a sign you need to reduce your boost level, or perform the solenoid bypass.
-----------------------------
3100, boost-pressure control, deactivation
Error will not cause warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed.
EXPLANATION: This code is triggered any time you experience a 'limp' mode.
FIX: This code itself is meaningless and serves only to let you know a 'limp mode' took place.

So according to this, 2AAF.. fuel pump related.. but said its normal, ignore it.. ? 30ff.. maybe a leak? (on my printout from my mechanic it says "turbocharger boost pressure too low") and 3100 is just an indication of limp mode. My mechanic cleared and deleted the codes.
I am not running any tune, and I don't always go into limp, yesterday I was totally fine.. any suggestions on what I should do from here???

Mods on the car:
AFE DCI
AA BOV
AE Exhaust

Nick and the guys at AE put out a great product. We've installed their cat-back, and were quite impressed!

+1. You likely have a leak somewhere. I doubt it has anything to do with the exhaust.

Update: so.. yesterday I noticed my car took a little while to crank, just happened once for the day. This morning very long cranks with rough idle, hmm.. HPFP anyone?
I guess thats my problem.. question, I'm taking it in to the dealer.. should I take off my mods? AA BOV, AFE Dci ? or am I okay with leaving them in???

where are you going for your warranty work? I would at least take of the BOV. They might not say anything about the exhaust. But too be on the safe side, to ensure they dont have you hassle at the dealership, unles syou have a connect there, i would take in stock (just my .02 though)

Yes, take them off. This has only been discussed several hundred times here.

For the second time you are getting the same issues I had before my fuel pump went out, its your fuel pump.

I would recommend removing your intake before going into the dealer as well as the BOV. Don't give them any reasons to ruin your day.

I installed the AE exhaust without disconnecting the battery. No check engine light so far. I'll have a video on Youtube soon.
Sounds amazing.
