so is this real one or just really good quality replicas?

what's the reason for sale because it seems like you were looking for rail to make these fit and apparently you didn't go for it which leaves some questions...

Really good quality replicas from TEE's USA (reputable Bride distributors), I was never looking for rails I already have those just didn't end up wanting to put red seats in my blue car, so I'm selling them to someone who might actually use them... still for sale at a great price!
