Any flicker-free Angel Eye LEDs?

Is there any bright Angel Eye LED without flickering on startup bulb check?

The latest Japanese LEDs like PIAA, BELLOF and BREX (and RD from Taiwan) do NEVER flicker on startup, regardless of the light switch position (Auto, Off or On...)
Actually their older models had startup flickering but they have now got rid of it successfully in some way.
However, they don't support DRL with full +12V input unfortunately.

I am looking for brighter / flicker-free LED products with DRL support.
If there's something, I will also introduce to my friend bimmers in Japan.
Please advise.

(I don't like alternative options such as OSS, LS3 and HID...)

Too bad, as they are your best solutions. OSS in particular. I own em, couldn't be happier.

LUX H8, if you don't want to go the invasive route of baking open the headlights.

I heard LUX H8 flickers on startup if you have your DRL turned off.

You may want to check out the 6W LED Angel Eyes by City Vision Lighting. There is no flickering upon startup and they can be set on the DRL position on the coupe without any issues. So long as you have a 2008+ E92 you will not have any error codes as well. Here are a few pictures for you to check out.
