Weird shaking while driving

Occasionally car shakes while on light throttle in 2 & 3 gears. It's like a rocking back and forth. The only code I see is for my cat delete.

Once it got really violent and car sounded like a monster and I had loss of power for like 5 min then everything was fine.

Spark plugs were recently changed along with 2 injectors n coils as I had some misfires.

Sounds like another injector going bad but don't know which one!!!
