Gauges

Hi all,

is there any gauge that will seemlessly blend with the interior, i.e. look OEM? I'm not talking about the RIX gauge, but about classic 52 mm gauges for the gauge panel...

I was thinking VDO, but I can only find ones with weird arrows that don't really go with the BMW dash... there is STRI, but the smoked glass is not really to my liking (it looks like its cheap plastic from the pics). Defi only has white backlighting....

All in all HELP!

I'm going to install them in the Studie panel.

My question is which gauge so it looks OEM design/backlight wise.

Apparently the STRI's can have a clear lens also:

Edit: IMO the only drawback is that its mechanical.

Check out speedhut.com. I don't know this company at all, just stumbled across it when looking for custom gauges. Seems to offer day/night backlight to suit BMW, and fonts as well

The clear lens on the STRI looks pretty close.

I really like Stack, but they don't have an amber backlight... how difficult would it be to modify?

Thanks

I'm sure it can be done if you know how to solder.

check this on speedhut.com - revolution gauges . Don't know this company at all but as said already Stack (and others such as SPA) don't have our day night design. Speedhut does, and seems fairly priced. I did day / night design closest (i think) to our gauges on the speedhut website. The Bimmer bit is free text..
I want one but like to see FMIC out - no-one seems to offer a sensor/scale for that
