Price Check on 2008 CPO 335i w/50k

Hello --

Coming from an EVO GSR and looking to get something a little more polished, I'm not as familiar with BMW pricing.

I am looking at the following and wanted to get a feel for if it's a good deal or if it's something that would be worth the hassle of trying to haggle down:

CPO 2008 335i
Premium Pkg
Sport Pkg
6 Speed auto with paddles
Comfort Pkg
Heated Seats

It's got around 50k on it for $27k. This is something I'd have to hike a bit to get, but it's 1 owner and looks to be in nice shape, so I'd like to close the deal if possible.
