19x10 and 19x8.5 - What tire sizes?
Just put in an order for 19" Vossen CV3 today:
Fronts: 19x8.5 ET30 Rears: 19X10 ET36 What size tires should I run? The shop is telling me: 225/40/19 275/30/19 I think the front is too narrow and the rear is too wide. I'm thinking I want 235-245 up front and 255-265 in the rear.

I don't know the widths and offsets of my rims but when I got them I had 235/35/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the rear.
I have an E92 lowered on ST Coils, no rubbing issues at all. My new setup is 215/35 and 245/35. |

Yeah 235/35 and 265/30 sounds better.
Why did you change to 215 and 245? That's pretty skinny. Did you do it just for looks?

Will those fit?
If so, that does give me the most protection.

id go 235/35 front, 285/30 rear. 275/30 matches 235/35 almost perfectly, but i'd rather go 3mm taller to gain 10mm more width.

OP, those tire sizes are way off up front. 235/35/19 up front is what you want. For the rear, we recommend a 265/30/19. You shouldn't have any fitment issues with sizing like that.

It's really going to depend on what wheels you're using, but I generally recommend sticking with a 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 stagger.

Our recommended wheel specs are pretty similar, but we still generally recommend 235/265.
