Rear Coilovers Height Adjustment! diy

Hello, I'm trying to adjust the rear coilovers on my bmw e90 pre-lci I can not find any good diy on the best method to get it to work. I've tried, but the whole boot turns around and no progress has been made any help is appreciated. Thanks

The accepted and recommeded way is to actually unbolt the shock and lower control arm like when doing the install, adjust and then reinstall.

I just a strap wrench to hold the upper part of the coilover and made adjustments that way without taking the suspension apart. It worked fine.

Thanks for sharing! Ill try that today I literally spend and hour yesterday trying to find a tool that would work and nothing I'll buy myself a 3" C clamp see if that works(:
