How to add most wires to existing most bus
I'm looking for information on how to add most lines to the existing bus. I'm totally stuck on it. The car originally has a cic + combox. I've added Individual audio and hud. After adding hud to the most bus the sound disappears and after 20 mins it comes back but not all the times. When I remove hud from the most bus every device on the most bus is working fine.
How does this most block works (random picture from google): On the most plug, which you insert into a device, I do see 2 arrows. (in and out) The main sender is the cic unit but how does it works after that. I'm searching for information but I can't find it. |

Move to Car most over one
Attach to Hud most in that spot. attach from Hud so it aligns with to car Most. That follows the logical pattern. Also the Hud must have power to transmit signals. It should be just like adding a Sat Module. I think there must be some programming involved to . |

Thank you for your reply but that picture is a random picture. Could you explain addding most devices actually works?
I want to start with the cic and add a device one by one. Tomorrow I'll upload a picture from the most of the car. |

Doesn't matter what order the devices are in the Loop Just has
to be complete. That is why they call it the most ring. If one device is bad stops the transmission of data to every other attached device will stop worin do to no communication . The CCC is considered to be the gateway or server for the info on the Most bus. The Most Block is just a holder that allows a place to get all the devices linked to complete the Most Bus Ring. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...4j-DDOm-E8WYmL https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...dPx2BiSvrAm5qx From the stand point of you the user you connect the fiber optic and power in plus anything else that device needs then you have to program the car to recognize it as an added part and communicate with it properly. electical e90 pdf http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...,d.cGU&cad=rja http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...85464276,d.cGU http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...85464276,d.cGU Last edited by ctuna; 01-30-2018 at 08:42 PM.. |

I would trace and label them at both ends for starters.
There are more pdf s if you do the open internet search most bus pdf. You could also get more info at the coding boards for BMW. You will need and ICOM cable for coding the head units and some modules on E9x made after 3/07. |

1. two MOST fibers from headunit should in the outer installed lines of the concentrator 1. two MOST fibers from any one module or headunit side should never be in one line 2. two MOST fibers from any one module should connected to both sides of the concentrator
