Has anybody used the BMW Credit Card towards a new car purchase?

I just applied for the BMW credit card and was wondering if anybody has actually used the rebate towards a new car & if so how much it helped.

I tried searching but didn't find any results, so sorry if this is a repost.

You should also be a member of the BMW Car Club of America! The Owner Loyalty rebate on an e9x is $500, but you must have been a CCA member for the 12 months preceding delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. I got $1k back on my M5, and $1.5k on the 540i/6 that preceded it.
