Well only in the us, dct isn't an option for the regular 335i's.

In Australia, DCT comes on all 335i 2009 and onwards.

Just to clear things up...

I'm not wanting to do this all the time, back to back.

But there might be the odd day where i want to utilise it 3 times in a row.. The safety feature only allows you to do it something like once every 10 mins and i'm looking for a way around this.

What is so difficult to understand?

No tune will overwrite this security! It is a safety built in that you can't FU your clutch!

So NOT possible!

And if somebody has PROOF that he can do it: PM me!

Unless you know how to reprogram the DCT software (which none of the major tunes are going to do just so you can launch the car), there's NO way to override this

And why would you need to launch more than 1 time in 10 mins?? How many times do you need to burn a VW beetle off a stop before it gets old

The safety is there for a REASON. They limit the amount of times you can do it in a certain amount of time because the clutches and trans get so hot. If you find a way to bypass it and do it multiple times in a row within seconds or a few minutes, you are going to break stuff, period. BTW- BMW isnt stupid they will be able to see this when you do smoke the clutches and go into the dealer for warranty work and try to scam them. Goodluck!
