328 xi E90 Body lower kit

I would like to lower my 2011 328xi sedan E90. Street use mostly, some track. Already has anti sway bars front and rear. Would like any suggestions on the best springs, shocks, ect to install. Looking to lower 2" max front and 1.5" max rear.

Coilovers are your best bet. I have kw v1 very comfortable yet firm. You don't really get bangs from bumps etc like stock suspension but you feel the road it's not bad it's how the car should be from the factory also is adjustable to what you like
