Exclamation Please Help ASAP!

I am about to purchase a set of wheels and tires on craigslist and i need to make sure that this set will fit onto my car. I have a 330xi 2006.

http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/pts/1609970120.html

Also do you guys know anything about these wheels/tires and are they worth 700 dollars? Also will i need to program my car to accept these new wheels/tires?

Thanks again!

First off, they're winters, and they're small (both width and diameter).

Second, there is no mention of offsets. Without this information, we cannot say if they will fit your car or not. But, chances are, since they were bought for an M3, that they will not fit your car.

Small? Do you recommend a larger size tire? Also is the wheel good quality? There is barely any info on the web regarding this make.

I don't think you'll find too much about them on the web. From what I recall they went out of business in 2005/6. They used to be a house brand for Tirerack, who bought most of their molds and sells them as Sport Edition--nothing special about them at all (cheap and heavy).

IF they will fit your car, they might be worth $250 or whatever someone is willing to pay. You can do much better.

offer him 300, if he doesnt take it, walk away.

Those rims are not very good, they are 225/17 which is tiny and will no have good rubber to road ratio.

And offsets arent measured in inches... he doesnt know is what it sounds like. Check the back of the rims to see the offset before buying

+1 Off-set usually stamped or cast onto the inside of the wheel, on the spokes or hub. If you can find this, then you'll know if they fit or not.

I had the previous gen Blizzaks (LM22) when I lived in Mass and RI, awesome winter tire, 225 - 45 R17 is a good size for us, narrower is better in snow and ice. The tires alone - they look new - would be worth $400.

I ran staggered 18" wheels with summer Conti sport2s in the summer.
