Turbo Dynamics stage 1

Recently moved from Jb3 to Procede after turbo upgrade works to my car, trying to get used to new interface, settings and doing a lot of reading.

Car setup is as follows :

2007 E93 MT
Procede v4 w/ upgraded turbo maps
Turbo Dynamics stage 1 turbo upgrade
AR c-less DPs
AMS FMIC
CMGS + CM10 meth
Quaife LSD
Stett CP + BOV
KW Street Comfort Coils
AR additional oil cooler

I have updated yesterday to firmware #31 and tried some pulls, was running only on map1 configured like :
max boost - 16 psi
IC - 50%
initial boost - 45%

Btw UT is initial boost ?? sorry for silly question.

Was running on 100 octane (european) + 50/50 meth, even I have some flow issues just on top boost (cmgs is showing 000 or 001) and the boost is not as high as I would expected.

(I am strongly considering changing CMGS as i dont have a good experience at all with it .. )

So max boost after some pulls was only about 14.5 with autotune on, bellow please see my log and pls support me to understand why I run so low boost
