Trying to setup INPA multiple erros.

this is on windows 7 x64 bit.

I follow the installation instructions and at the end I get
"path not found " I verify has the correct path and when I try to open any of the programs I get a compatibility error ... "the version of windows you are using is not compatible bla bla bla x32/x64 check version bla bla bla "

if anyone has an input I would really appreciate it

You need standard tools 2.12 and INPA 5.0.6
