Annual Revscene Spring Meet.

Anyone going?

Date: March 24th 2013
Time: 11am - 2pm
Location: Spanish Banks

PREMEET
Time: 9:30am
locaiton: Oakridge Mall outside parking lot (google map coordinates: 49.232912, -123.120633)
Route: https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=U...c8ae9894d00020

Let's head out around 10am (should get to Spanish Banks around 10:30)

If it's raining, there's an underground parkade at the mall as well so we can move it to there.

Just a reminder, no racing on the streets and lets drive responsibly (although I know you guys are responsible drivers)
We should have 2 (or maybe even 3) lead cars in case we get separated by the traffic lights.
If anyone have radios, please bring them!

Also, I am pretty new at organizing meets/premeets..
So, if there's some precautions I should take, please feel free to let me know. Or if I make mistakes, please let me know kindly

The final place have not been released yet.
But once it is released, I will update the thread with more information.

So far, it looks like we are meeting at Oakridge Mall parking lot at 9:30 and we are gonna start heading out around 10.
