Stock Tesla S Perf. vs 2014 Stock Vette Stingray

Guess who wins?!

that torque though....
granted the tesla s also cost about twice the price for the performance package than a stock vette.

Looks like the Vette wins the second race when they both get a fairly even start.

Vette is trapping another 8 mph.

The vette hit 118mph should be an 11.8 car. This video definitely shows the potency of an electric motor and the instant torque.

That Vette driver has the reaction time of a potato.

Much rather have the Vette. I don't do golf carts, even if they are fast golf carts!

I keed, I keed, the Tesla is the only electric vehicle I would even consider but nope, I still am a sucker for a proper ICE...

If the Tesla vehicles would stop bursting in flames I would consider one as a DD.
I rather would have the vette though, impressive performance though for a golf cart.

The Tesla must have cut a near perfect RT, and the Corvette was definitely late on top of that. Not sure what the video really proves besides what a good launch and RT look like compared to a bad one.
