coder help (nh/ma)

Hello ive been trying to code out my oc3 mat sensor error. The mat is faulty. All my local indys said they would not code to make passenger seat read always occupied. Any one know of any indys or people that can help with this in the southern nh northern ma area?

Can you code it yourself?

Thats my last option ill have to buy the cable and then figure it out.
