EXPERT NEEDED: Convert 318d to 320d (Parts Ready)

I need a person who can convert my 318d to a 320d as I'm looking to get 220+ BHP out of it (after a remap). Don't fancy selling it or doing an engine swap for a 3L

Literally any part needed is available but need the person who knows the A-Z or a person that could just do it.

Any other general advice is also welcome.

Car is a 2009 Auto N47

I had a 320d which had the Performance Power Kit fitted. So upgraded cooling fan, intercooler and new ECU remap.

If the 318d has a small intercooler and fan, I would just install the cooling fan from a 335d and a 330d intercooler. You can buy the performance intercooler I had but it was based around the 330d part.

Isn't it essentially the same engine with a different map?

I'll consider the Intercooler upgrade & yes but also all the parts on top of the engine are different such as Injectors, Fuel rail etc...

I think a new engine ECU is also needed but not sure hence why I want Simone to do the job for me

The injectors are solenoid on the 318d engines, the 320d uses piezo ones which you could fit, but you would need to code/register them to the car.

Pretty sure everything else is the same apart from the ECU map.
