Do the aft sensors matter?
Yes it does.

Basically it looks at the readings and adjusts the fuel as necessary. So if you have hen flipped flopped basically one bank will run rich, the other one will run lean and they will diverge
How could I tell if they are in the right spot?
Car won't idle like crap basically.

I'll have to see if I still have pictures of how the O2 sensors are plugged in
It's hard because they are both the same length. I pulled them from the clips so I could make them reach. But I'm not throwing a code on rear sensors installed wrong.

My primary's weren't mixed up, my secondary's were.

However i swapped my primary's while troubleshooting and it idled like crap when i switch them. It was constantly misfiring.

Mixed up secondary's(Post catalyst) o2 sensors will run seemingly fine, but it's doing the same thing as mixed up primary o2(pre cat) sensors to a slightly lesser degree.

The o2 sensors with the BLACK heat sheath, are for bank 1

The o2 sensors with the GREY heat sheat are for bank 2
