Do you have an idea of what a 747 sounds like when taking off? It will probably sound just like that at WOT.

This. No DPs and no gains, but add drone...

Awesome?

I was always wondering when you do muffler delete and/or tips, do you loose that burble brrgggrr sounds? I just have vrsf dp and injen intake plus unplugged vacuum line hose in trunk (golf tee mod) hard to believe but I am very happy with my exhaust tone now. it burbles brrrggggrrr's unbelieveable. I only hate my stock exhaust tips :/

Unfortunately not, I went back to the stock muffler thinking I was selling the car. So i can't update with videos under load.

And with DP's yes it'll be very raspy.

Sounds good. I like how the turbo sound is much more pronounced. Btw, what rear bumper is that? Looks a little different than the Mtechs I have seen.

I know I'm a little late to the conversation but I recently tried to get a muffler delete myself on my 2009 335i sedan and this mechanic did not know what to do about the flap control wire, I told him how I've already had it unplugged in the trunk compartment for some time and he was just unsure how to deal with it. So I went home and messed around with it some and realized all you do is pull the thing out . So I tried driving just through my subdivision with it pulled off by the exhaust tip and was happy no lights came on. I was wondering what you did with yours? And will there be a light that appears in the long run?

That's called the golf tee mod. Grab a golf tee, jam it into the hose, and tuck it up by the bumper.
I'm fabricating a similar setup but instead of deleting I'm replacing them with Dyno Max race mufflers and tips.
