Not that night, no. There has been extensive testing done with heavy wheels/tires vs light wheels/tires. The results were relatively negligible.

I can't imagine the car's heatsoaking that bad... but I need to do some logs and see what's up.

Yesterday was Christmas . Santa dropped off 4 large boxes. They need a little love, but should look brand new after a lil' elbow grease.

No problems other than a bulb going out. Had a spare in the trunk since I bought a pack of two and replaced the other side prior to leaving. Stiff suspension shaking things up. Causing some bulb blow outs.

2800 miles. Basically had a small studio apartment worth of stuff in the car for most of it. Was out of town for little over 2 months.

Was on stg 2 for most of it. Averaged 420-440 miles a tank.

Broke 90k miles also

If you're doing nothing but highway driving you can. City driving is what kills MPG in these things

Thats a Fact. I live in the city and if I'm in the city for the whole tank. It's only about 260-280. A little less on e85 mix.

These things are incredible on the highway tho.

I'm getting about 320 or so off a tank. Mostly city driving and probably 80 miles or so of I-91 tossed in.

Here's how my car is looking lately with the new wheels:

I like the one up the side skirt. Giving me ideas! I might have to do a lighter color as my car isn't so aggressive with black wheels.

I've yet to break 290 as well. I used to get close driving on Storrow mostly. But I now spend 80% of my time on Memorial Drive since half of Longfellow is closed.

Just switched my 1 series to a 3 series a month ago...
I definitely need some 19's and KW's might wait until the spring though.
Here is my work in progress.
There some awesome 335's in New England, happy to have made the switch.
