what amp should i use for my sws-8's?

so my old bp tha 555 broke. and i got a refund.

which amp to buy? i want one only for the woofers.

Alpine MRP-M500?

My sws-8's are in 4ohm

DO you mount this in the trunk? Is there a way to splice into the speaker wires in the trunk? I'm interested in upgrading the subs and interested in the easiest/cleanest install options - any advice is appreciated!

200W per side is ideal. Theoretically a 2-channel amp would be better, for the midbass frequencies, but in reality the difference is difficult to hear.

but do you think the second amp should be OK`? i already have a alpine 12" woofer and an amp. but the sws-8's has to start doing their thang again :-)

An alpine f300 would work well if you a the 4ohm versions.

I have an m500 running my stock L7 woofers but at 8ohms, 75w per channel :/
