2012 E92 335i pricing

Hey guys! I've been stalking the forums for a bit now and I'm now considering pulling the trigger on one in the next six months. I recently saw a good deal on a car that's out of town. It was leased for a year and doesn't have many miles on it. The carfax says it's good (no accidents, structural damage, etc). Then it says it was sold at auction and that it's normal.

Is that something that you would be wary of? It is CPO'd as well and I'm curious if you guys would suggest I spend the cash to run the VIN.

If it's CPOd and if you can get a Pre Purchase Inspection, then there shouldn't be a reason why you shouldn't consider it...
