Good story/dealer.

sidenote: I need to get a E90Post Moderator sticker on my car.

I second JSpira's recommendation of BMW of Tenafly. While I've only leased two vehicles there, I have been extremely satisfied both from a sales and service perspective.

(BTW: Jon - I met you there a few months ago when we both had our cars in).

BMW of Bridgeport in CT has been awesome for me.

My SA and Tech have done great work for me, and have always been super quick for turning my car around. I've met all the other SAs as well, and they're all great people..my other coworkerswith BMWs (4 others) bring their cars to them as well and get great care.

Just took mine into Motorwerks in Barrington, IL this morning for the following:

SES light
Windshield wipers leaving residue behind (under maintenance plan)
Saw fluid under where transmission is (but inconsistent)
Creak from the front

Good impression so far, wasn't sure how it would go since I didn't buy my car from them but better than when I took into Bill Jacobs who I did purchase the car from (see my thread about Bill Jacobs). My SA immediately covered my front seat with plastic and put in paper floormats, and tech went for a short ride with me to make sure he could hear the creaking noise and immediately agreed that it shouldn't be doing that (which was nice since I kinda expected a "they all do that" sort of response)

Also my loaner is a brand new (600mi) 328...slow but it does have the sport package, and Ipass so tolls are covered (Bill Jacobs did not cover tolls, again not a huge deal)

Will update when I get the car back, but so far so good

Fields BMW in Lakeland has always been incredible. Sales, service, and parts are all top notch and competitive. They've always fixed my car right the first time and given the best deals on sales in the area.

Steve Thomas BMW in Camarillo, CA

Ryan Amico, the sales manager, helped me with getting my new 335i. He was so freaking nice. I walk onto the lot (21 year old) and tell him that I am interested in the lemans blue 335i. Without hesitation we start talking about the car and I think they are really awesome. He runs in and gets the key and we take it for a spin. No questions. No "O you are too young." I then told my pops about it and we went for a second test drive a week later. They are so friendly and actually into their cars. I pulled in to say hello and literally 5 salesmen came outside to compliment me on my car.

When dealing with the sales, Ryan spilled that it was 300 above invoice, no more, no less. They are a volume dealership, so they get profits on how many units they sell. Ryan was very helpful and if you live in CA, definitely hit them up!!!!!

I might move this over to the Dealer section as it is developing into a dealer recommendation thread.

General point: There are some great BMW dealerships out there.

Ha! I don't think the dealer has a clue that I have anything to do with E90Post, and I doubt they would care. Just not on their radar screen. They might know of me for other reasons having to do with my career. And on occasion I say a few interesting things to them about BMWs that I learned via my engineering friends and family.

Interesting idea though, what sticker would get you ???

I love Rallye service. Free car wash between 10-3 every weekday. Very good with loaners. They always try to get stuff covered by BMWUSA if it's a close call. Anthony the service manager is a great guy who gets involved if needed. I serviced 5 cars here and never had a problem.
