H&R Sport Springs and Stock shocks

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if it's safe to use the H&R Sport Springs with my stock shocks?

What other name brand springs i should use with my stock shocks? I don't want to lower too much. Im happy with 1.0"-1.3" drop

Also curious to know. And the stock shocks wont have any problems with after market springs?

It's too bad there isn't a way to, like search all posts in this section to see if this question has been asked before.

H&R sports + stock shocks will be very harsh and bouncy. Since it is bouncy (underdamped) it oscillates more and therefore wears out internal components like seals sooner.

This. Good lord this topic has been discussed to death, stop being lazy and search.

HR Sport Springs will wear out stock shocks faster because their shorter and stiffer. Plus, the ride quality is terrible because the stock shocks can't properly dampen with such a stiff spring

Your struts were done 70xxx miles ago. Your car should not be bouncy, especially if it is on stock springs & shocks.
