Bluefin - Great Customer Service

All to often on here its name and shame - so i thought id try name and praise

We are in the process of selling our land rover discovery and getting an Audi A6.

The disco had a remap put on it back in december, and i called bluefin earlier to see how much it would cost to get a new map for the Audi installed on the device.

The answer was that as we had only bought the remap in december, send the unit back to them and they would give us a remap for the Audi for free - bar £7 postage!

Absolutely brilliant service in my book!!

So big praise to bluefin for their service.

(Remap on the disco made a massive difference to the torque and was well worth the £360ish we paid)

Very commendable service given they could easily charge you a token hundred or two for the new map and you probably would still have been happy.

I had a BSR remap on my last car, their attitude was throw your old program/programmer away & spend another £500+ on a new one, so top marks to Bluefin

I used Superchips Bluefin on my A3 and I agree the service was excellent. I dealt directly with Superchips HQ and specifically (I think) Jamie and Constantin.

Mine was bought through a group buy on UKMKIVs followed by a free rolling road day. Something wasn't quite right with the quattros (not that we noticed) and they bent over backwards to get the map just right.
