TPMS can't be reset after installing new wheels

I have seen a couple of threads on this but no real solutions. I just had my OEM 189s replaced with 19" V710s and GY F1 Assymetrics. I had the shop switch out the OEM tire pressure sensors to the new wheels. After about 5 minutes of driving away from the shop, my Idrive says I needed to reset the TPMS. But the reset button on idrive is grayed out. The monitor system shows each tire as green (meaning the pressue is okay) and I also adjusted them again back home with my air compressor, but with no luck. The option to reset is still grayed out. Tried to mess with the stalk but didn't see where that would work either.

Any suggestions on what the culprit would be?

Did you try it when your vehicle was not moving?

I think so, but I will try again. Thanks for the tip.

No problem. I don't have iDrive, but when i'm in motion, I don't have the option to reset. I have to reset at at stop, then the warning light stays on until it syncs.
