Garage List
if you are the original owner you pay for shipping and they will fix it unless it something that was cause by you. (i have to check the booklet) if you buy them used I am not sure that the warranty transfers over. Not 100% sure though

The Lifetime warranty is only valid if you purchase the KW coilovers from an authorized dealer such as **********s.com. KWs turnaround time for any blown/damaged shocks is one of the BEST and FASTEST in the industry. It typically only takes time one week to rebuild the entire shock once it's received! Feel free to shoot me over a PM if you have any quesitons at all.

does the shock have to be blown in order for have a rebuild?

what if you have lots of miles on the shocks, and you want them redone. will KW do this?

Hopefully you have a garage for your car to sit in with no suspension for 2 weeks! After the time it takes uninstall/install, time without a car, and shipping costs it is quite an inconvenience.

If the shocks didn't blow or have a manufacture defect you will pay for the shipping costs And the repairs.
