Just got new wheels.. Non-lowered e92. Will they fit?

Got my hands on a set of Forgiato's for a good deal for my e92 335i. They came off e46 M3. The inside was powdercoated black, and I still can't decide if I should powdercoat the lips. That is of course, if I could get the to fit.

They are 19x 10.5 rears and 19x 10 front. They don't have offsets printed on the back so I tried measuring them myself today. Looks like rears are +19 and +31 front..

Questing is, will these fit my stock sport suspension e92 335i? I don't plan on lowering my car, maybe just choose tires that will nicely fill in the space between the fender and wheels.

I will appreciate any help guys,
thanks
