camping with E90. enough ground clearance?

Was wondering if anyone took their E90 camping? I have sport suspension, 19s which jacks up the car a bit but mtech kit which reduces ground clearance. Specifcally Algonquin Park, lake of two rivers. Not sure if I'll run into any issues there.

I choice is either the more modded e90 or the other stock e90 which have sport pack + 19s which have a bit more clearance.

I want to take the 335 tho.

Unless you're planning on leaving your car in a parking lot, I'd go rent an SUV. Just my opinion...wouldn't want to risk damaging my car or getting it stuck.

The 323 is expendable.

You should be fine, I think I was @ Lake of Two Rivers with my RSX before and it was lowered with a low front lip. Didn't have any issues, I remember a guy there told me he can't believe I took my RSX lol.

I haven't gone camping yet with my e92 but its still stock AWD suspension so I doubt I will have problems. Most likely I will go camping with it this year.

Take mine to Mosport every year with no problems in the camping area. I have 19" and lowered, just take it easy and watch for ruts, stumps, etc.

thanks all! We're definately taking one of the two e90 camping, did not buy the car to have it sit in the garage, looking forward to the long roadtrip! Just had some minor concern with ground clearance!

Another issue I can think of is the 335i have folding seats & 323 don't. the 335 will be much easier to pack, & but the bmw exhaust will not be too good on site haha...

I was thinking the same thing too, my old car (RSX) was leased and I was very concern about it being leased and all. Then I was like wait a minute I didn't get a car just so it sits home and then rent another car. wtf! So you got a car to enjoy it!
