I feel like my ICE is somewhat different from others? is there any problem with it? Do i have everything needed?

It looks like they build the resistor into the unit now. It is actually a better setup than the old version. Go install that thing!

Yup. These units have the resistors built in so you got everything you need for the install so no worries. Be sure to post some pictures!!
