CD Changer error

Guys my cd changer is saying error when ever I select it as a source and the cassette for the cd changer wont eject. I got BMW extended warranty the comprehensive one, I was wondering if this would be covered as the part has developed a fault? or is there a way to get it working without going to the dealers? Thx

I got a similar issue, my changer isn't reading the cds & the eject button also is not working, what was your issue?
