What you did was screwed up in your part. Answer the question. Why wont you give him your address so he can drive them back to your door step for a refund?

He sold you pos ebay coilovers, whether or not he knew they were broken shouldnt matter. Theyre utter crap and he sold them to you without informing... just the fact that he wont take them back shows he knew they were blown.

shame on him for using his pregno wife or kid as an excuse. Majority of the time buying used moving parts is a headache.
