Great. One thing though... I suggest you check the paypal TOS to see what the policy is if they can't get the funds back from the seller. You might also want to call your c/c company and see what the deadline is for a charge dispute because that could be your last recourse. $6K is a lot of money, nobody is going to want to give it up.

Yea...you should file a dispute with PayPal and call you CreditCard company so they
will force PayPal to process the dispute quicker. If you don't call your company...PayPal
will take about a month to process and then ask you to provide further information which
will eventually get your frustrated with hella paperwork and such. Just call up your
card company and everything should be okay because as long as they can't find proof that
those x-box's were shipped to you...your fine.

thanks buddy. that helps a lot.. that's why i paid with a credit card cause i know it's not realy money.. but i will try my best and resolve this matter. thanks again for all your helps. you guys are helpful. i'll take you to hooters if u were in baton rouge.. lOL :rocks:
