e92 335i PE exhaust
So after so much research on different brands on mufflers/catback systems available for the e92 n54, I've came to a conclusion that the PE exhaust is the way to go for my car (I'm running catless dps and the rest of my mods are in my sig).
FYI, I'm not looking for any gains but rather a more aggressive exhaust sound where it retains the sexy pops and gurgles of the stock system, but just LOUDER! The problem is that I can't really justify keeping the PE single wall shiny tips. Once I get my hands on a PE, I'll be definitely changing the tips out for an aftermarket 4" tips(thinking of Cyba black chrome). My question is, does doing so change the exhaust tone ESPECIALLY the popping and gurgling at all? Thanks. P.s. anybody got a PE for sale in the GTA? e.g. used, group by pricing, etc.

Well I still got my secondary cats in place. I might just replace them with resonators if there is too much rasp.

Heard that exhaust too many times. To me it sounds really bad way too raspy and metallic.

i just installed AR catless downpipes to my PE exhaust. I dont find the combo too raspy idling or during revs, though a lot louder than expected especially the first minute of each morning. My overall impression is the exhaust and dp sounds so amazing to me during the ladder rpms that I'm willing to live with the bit of drone I do notice.

Do you have a sound clip of your exhaust note by any chance?
