If you like your Kuro, the new Panasonic VT is your best bet if you need a replacement. They picked up all of the staff and technology from Pioneer when they pulled out of the TV game.

yes, my post was deleted after i posted a picture saying "BAN HIM" for the spammer that came in here and originally bumped the thread.

but now that i'm bored, i want to add a couple things.

first of all, i got a 52" Samsung TOC 120hz back in 2009 when it first came out and it's been nothing short of amazing ever since.

although i need an upgrade, this TV is downstairs in the living room and stays on for approximately 6 hours monday through Friday and about 13 hours a day on the weekends...

i really really REALLY want the Panasonic 80".....

if i keep working the overtime that i'm working now, i think i can swing it by November....

and second of all, i have to respond to this post:

Sonic is ten times better than Jack in the Box - you can get damn near everything you listed except for the teryaki bowls (which taste like the bottom of a dumpster) and the egg rolls (which are amazing), and their dessert completely punishes anything that JIB can give you.

not only that, but Sonic has country gravy, chili, cheese, tator tots and cheese sticks that don't taste like a used infant diaper.

Sonic > JIB

I was being sarcastic. Yes the 90" I think is still almost 10k. However the 80 in like the end of the year will probably be in the 2's.

I got the Pioneer Kuro Elite. Still the benchmark.

For 32" i would look at sharp.

I just got a LG 27ms73 which cost USD500 I think I overpaid when I saw 30-40" ones going for the same price and decent quality.
But once I pluged it in the picture and sound was so good I have no complaints.. (but also nothing to compare to, so..)
Did you know the TVs now can record with SD card built-in, and it can go on the internet?
