Finally got it installed! Didn't break any vent hose.... so now I got a spare vent hose.

In terms of fabricating a plug since I got the older intake manifold with one port, I went to Lowes and picture up The Hillman Group Rubber Plug (I believe it was size #1). Came in a two pack for around $2. I put a little adhesive on it then jammed it in then put a heat shrink on top of it and a zip tie. So hopefully this sucker won't go anywhere.

What a pain in the ass to install... The electrical junction box under the throttle body was impossible to take off.

Hey so I know it's been some time since this was posted but I was curious to see if you had any issues after camping the one part of the hose.

Cool man I got the same one and I didn't want mine to like have a leak
But I already have a vacuum leak some where anyhow so I gotta find it any how

Thanks for the thread. I had the same issue.

One thing I found by accident: the windshield wiper nut cap (p/n 52108119867) is exactly the right size to cap off the extra port on the vacuum hose. I put a ring of super glue around it before final installation but the fit was so snug that I think it would have stayed in place regardless.
