Anyone in San Diego with NCSexpert?

Anyone in San Diego that either has NCS expert set up on their machine or can help me get it running on mine? (I have the cable, I just can't seem to get the software to load properly).

I want to do some coding on my Wife's E70.

I will compensate you for your time.
