Sign off ticket in LA

Hey guys, just got a exhaust ticket in the rain in La -_- can anyone help me with getting the ticket signed off without me actually taking off my exhaust and down pipe? Thank you!!

Straight pipe 3 inch with careless 4inch down pipe, but it's honestly not loud unless you step on it, it was a rookie cop with the captain or whatever; that's why I got pulled over

I was on the road for maybe 0.1 mile before he pulled me over. The way I drive, people think I have a stock exhaust
