Suspension Techniques coilover adjustment?
I've got a e92 and was just wondering how you adjust the ride height on these ST coils. Is it just a simple job of removing the wheels and adjusting height up or down or do i have to do anything most advanced. I'm looking to lower the car another 1/4". Thanks in advance guys!

For the fronts, take off your wheel, unscrew the allen head screw in the adjustment ring, then turn the ring counter clockwise to lower the height (I think that's the direction--take a look and it will be apparent when you're under there--been a while since I did it). Make sure to tighten the allen screw when you're finished. The rears do not have an allen screw and I believe you turn the adjustment ring in the opposite direction. Again, it should be apparent when you get the wheel off. Ride around for a day to make sure it's sitting at the height you desire. Once you're there, get an alignment. Good luck.

Be sure to undo that allen screw BEFORE using the spanner wrench to turn the collars, otherwise you will strip the threads on the coilover sleeves.
