Did mine today - simply open the bonnet and remove the 4 x Torx screws that secure the grille to the slam panel (I used a flat head that fitted perfectly)

The pull the grille forward - you will see each 'kidney' is secured by about half a dozen or so clips which need to be squeezed in

I worked my way around the clips whilst pulling at the kidney to be removed - the replacement simply snaps in place just like the OEM ones did.

Whole job took 15 mins tops.
