For good. Shit changed. Pissed, but at least I get to see family and friends and drive my freaking car. And, maybe begin the build I can't stop thinking about. Need to run some numbers and learn some patience.

A VW/Audi meet, methinks, in Helen, GA. Supposedly a big ass party for a weekend. I'm thinking about skipping the show and driving some of the surrounding roads, while everyone else is stationary. Some are fantastic; I was in the same area last year for an E30 rally. Then, party with friends, maybe float a river.

I can vouch for SoWo being an absolutely massive stance central meet. There's a lot of cool Vdub's and all makes usually there. I've been before it's about 40 minutes from my lake house so I should be hosting some local guests that weekend if I am in town, crossing da fingers

The good thing about the meet is you are in the North Georgia Mountains, at about 1500 ft and 20 minutes away are some awesome roads for the 'real' driving enthusiasts. In fact the Appalachian Trail starts about 40 minutes away. The only problem that weekend will be traffic, there are a LOT of recreation lakes and May-June-July are the busiest weekends. However, waking up at 7am and taking a 3hr drive to some other more vacant roads is definitely worth your time Clayton (I know you know)
